I left on Thursday morning with my weight at 277 and this morning I was 276 pounds. I passed on so much good food it's ridiculous. Saturday morning was the hardest as others were diving into pancakes and french toast I was enjoying my egg white omelet with spinach, onions, mushrooms, chicken and sliced tomatoes. The omelet was fantastic though!
