Wow the scale weight is starting to just drop like a rock. My calories again yesterday were way too low as I should be just over the 2100 mark. Almost an exact blueprint from Monday as I felt great all day and my workout went well. I've said it before but I'm not worried about a few low calorie days in the scheme of things.
