I love how the scale like to keep things interesting. I thought I might see a 279 this morning but I guess I'm holding on to some water. I did have a fairly high in sodium dinner last night which is probably the cause of the one pound added weight this morning. The cardio session last night went much better than the night before but I still fought the urge to just not get it done.
