I had a great weekend staying on point with workouts and eating, the trend will continue. My cardio is getting better in terms of how I feel during and after and my heart rate average is starting drop as well. I'm still working on the nutrition side as I need to still improve what I'm eating and how much but overall I'm happy with January. Here's to an even better February!
