Cardio: Rest Day

Another day in the books and feeling ok about it. For me my calories are fine especially with no cardio last night. I got into another good game with my daughter and had a good time. Tonight however I will be back at the cardio. My diet still needs to be cleaned up some and I'm thinking the start of a new month right around the corner is a good time for that. My scale weight was up a half pound from yesterday and perfectly normal for me.
