It was a long weekend for me as I had off for MLK day, so this feels like a Monday for me. Here goes the numbers from the weekend.

My weight is fluctuating a bit and for me that's pretty normal. I'm down 6 pounds total and I'm betting by February 1, I will be 10 or more down. It would be great, small goal, to see under 300 by Feb. first. I'm still not getting enough sleep and I also didn't get any cardio over the weekend which I had planned but failed to go, is what it is. It's time to clean up the nutrition a little more and hit it hard for the next two weeks. Have a great day.
