Goodbye October...Hello November!

This past week was hard. On Sunday early morning I took off to PA for my Grandfather's funeral. I drove over 22 hours in just 3 days starting on Sunday and back home on Tuesday night.

Here is how my week looked from a fitness standpoint:

Monday
OFF - Funeral

Tuesday
OFF - Driving back home

Wednesday
REST - PHILLIES WORLD CHAMPS

Thursday
Bike 10.6 Miles

Friday
Bike 11 Miles
Elliptical 3.1 Miles

Saturday
Bike 30.7 Miles

Sunday
REST

Not bad considering how the week started and my Phillies won the World Series, YEAH! This week I pick back up with the strength training and I'm going to continue the cardio workouts. I'm going to work hard on my nutrition for November, I've been eating horribly the past week or so and I feel horrible as a result.

Gracie decided to dress up as Super Woman this year and we had a blast. She decided since she already did the boo in the zoo event that she would stay home and help hand out candy and carve a pumpkin. We aslo had some cake to celebrate Ashli's b-day this weekend and it was yummy. Well, hopefully November will be lots better then my October was. I'm going to miss my Grandfather very much.

Have a great first week of November!
