Run Data

I hope everyone had a great Easter Sunday, I know we did. I wanted to share some of the cool data from my long run on Saturday.

Here is the satellite imagery from my run...

and here is the elevation and time graph. Just click on images to view the larger picture.

Tonight is a strength training night and first day on my higher protein diet for lifting days. I will probably feel a little lethargic from the lack of carbohydtrates but my body will adjust over time. I feel like I am fully recovered from my long run as I have very little to no soreness this morning. After running 12.1 I feel confident about my half in 2 weeks. I just hope the weather is better for my half then it was on Saturday's run. I probably just jinked myself!:) Anyway, have a great Monday afternoon. - Jason The Running Man

Great job with the long run! I would say you are absolutely ready for your race with a run like that.

What kind of software is this that you are tracking your runs with? (forgive my terrible grammar)
