Low Carb Wednesday

As you already noticed I'm in the process of changing my blog layout. Still have more to change and hope to have it all complete by the end of this week.

Today I had less then 40 carbs. Probably the lowest amount in quite some time. Surprisingly, I feel great and not tired or run down. I'm anxious to see how I feel by the end of this week. Tonight was strength training and because of my wife not feeling well I had to get my workouts done at the house. So, my strength training consisted of the following...


3x10 Pushups
5x10 Crunches
3x20 Regular Curls
3x20 Hammer Curls
3x10 weighted calf raises
3x10 chest press
3x10 Military Press
3x10 Squats
3x10 Butterflys
3x10 Dumbell Flys
3x10 Triceps Extension

Not a bad workout with a couple of dumbells. My wife has a bad migraine headache and so I decided to stay home but that did not mean a missed workout. I Just don't have the room yet. All in all a good workout.

I really like the new layout. Where'd you get it? I'd like to find some new templates that are different than the ones Blogger provides.
