Much better calorie number yesterday getting just over the 2k mark. I've continued to grip train a few times a week so I will start recording these again here as well. I still would love to close the number 2 gripper by June 1, we shall see. I went a full hour last night and my mental state wasn't that great but overall the workout went ok.
Time to get back to work.
