I didn't get to the gym until after 9pm last night but my cardio felt good. I was thinking that maybe in another week or so I will shift my cardio to early morning and then start throwing in some strength training a few days week, three at the most. I'm not sure yet because I'm liking the consistency right now, we shall see. I also still need to clean up what I'm eating as I have lots of room for improvement there. It's going to be a busy day, back to work.
