My calories were a bit low yesterday but I have to say I wasn't hungry and I didn't lack any energy during my cardio session, all felt great. Getting enough sleep is still a challenge and I wish I had something to blame like before but this time it was me just watching TV and not going to bed. Anywho, lots to do today and I hope everyone has a great day.
