Journey Back to Healthy Living - Backwards from 40

That's right I'm back in the game, well, not running yet but I'm back to fitness!  Took me long enough but no matter I'm three days in and the weight is coming off.

That's right, weight is coming off because I bloated up like a whale AGAIN!  So this is basically starting over for me....

Sunday Weight: 310
Monday Weight: 308.5
Tuesday Weight: 306
Wednesday Weight 304.5

Workouts consist only of cardio, for now...
45 Min Elliptical roughly 3 miles.

I look like this now....

...and I used to look like this just 6 years ago....

So the journey back has already begun and I will keep track here.
