Weight Loss: 6 Pounds

Running Miles Since Jan 1st: 119.4

Last night I was going to do 3 miles but as I was running I decided to go a little longer. The weather was great and I was enjoying the run. I feel so blessed to be able to go out and enjoy a run like last nights. I don't know if some of you watched the first video I posted last night but that is Team Hoyt. I watched that video several months ago and happen to find it yesterday and I had to post it. How inspiring is that? Anytime I feel like skipping a workout I'm going to think of Team Hoyt and what they have been able to achieve. Truly inspiring!

February is now in the books and I have to say I'm really pleased with my totals and my progress so far. I was able to squeeze out another pound bringing my total weight loss to 6 pounds. Well, now onto March and another month closer to my marathon in November. Below is a snapshot of last nights run and I hope everyone has a great Thursday. I've seen it so many times and yet I will never see the image of the Hoyts crossing the finishline at the Hawaii Ironman too many times.
