The last few days I've been struggling with sleep and it really affected my workout last night. I was feeling a bit run down so I stopped after 20 min on the bike. My scale weight was also up a pound this morning but I believe that to be too much sodium in the diet. I think it's time to really dial the nutrition in and get laser focused.
