Today's weight: 297

I had an early meeting this morning so I didn't get as much sleep as I have been getting. My calories were a bit low yesterday but again I feel pretty good so I'll go with how I feel for now. My scale weight is up a pound from yesterday but I was a bit high in sodium as well so probably not accurate and I'm not worried about it anyway.
