Last night I got to the gym around 9:00 pm and a great 50 min or so workout. Here is the rundown.
Standing Calf Raises: 4 sets of 30
Lat Pulldown: 3 sets of 10
Incline Bench Press: 3 sets of 10
Decline Bench Press: 3 sets of 10
Shoulder/Military Press: 3 sets of 10
Bench Press: 3 sets of 10
Hammer Curls: 3 sets of 20
Regular Curls: 3 sets of 20
Crunches: 3 sets of 15
Not nearly the volume I had on Saturday but went a little heavier on the weights. This past weekend I really wanted to pick up a fuel belt for my long run days. Saturday the searching process started and after visiting the fourth store I gave up. Oh I found fuel belts but they were all for people, should I say, with very small waists!:) After looking online I decided on the Speed 4 from Nathan's. I will probably order it in the next few days. Tonight I will be doing a four mile run and I'm looking forward to it. Hope everyone has a great Tuesday afternoon. - Jason The Running Man

those fuel belts have a tendency to end up around your armpits at the end of a run...ultimate direction makes some pretty sweet and lite hydration packs you can put all of your goodies in.
