It was another great weekend and I'm really starting to feel my fitness improve. Before I started this in mid January I was eating acid reducers and ibuprofen like crazy and over the last two weeks I haven't had either. I'm feeling much better even after just a small amount of weight loss and exercise, amazing how that works! Well, back to my busy Monday.
