Well back to the grind happy Monday!
It's a nice quiet morning for once here at work and I'm enjoying it. Today will be filled with clean eating and a good cardio session. I finally feel great to really be dialed in....finally. My wife made brownies and muffins this weekend and I didn't touch a single one of either. My diet can still be tightened up some as I'm still eating too much sodium and I also need more veggies but that will come as I continue to adjust.
