Hi. Just thought I would check in with you. I used to follow your blog years ago. Mine was called Island Girl Runs. Looks like both of us have had some uphill runs since then. I totally understand falling on and off the fitness bandwagon. Looks like you are in a good place now. Congratulations. Drop by my blog again some day. I now call it IP(l)od Nanny.
