Just got word this afternoon that my Uncle George in Philly has a brain tumor. They did an MRI yesterday evening and found the tumor. I don't know all the details yet but just ask for your thoughts and prayers.
Also, tomorrow morning is the visitation and funeral for Rusty Frazier. It will be a difficult time.

I am so sorry to hear about your uncle and your friend Rusty. I will certainly be thinking of you and your family, as well as Rusty's family, and sending strength to all. Do keep running, even if it feels selfish. I really believe that it is not. Instead, it can simply be your way of dealing with your grief and your frustration as you weather this difficult period.
