Hey everybody. Just a quick update. My laptop hard drive tanked on me Tuesday and is currently being fixed. Because its a work laptop my desktop group is currently trying to restore some data I didn't save...I know...I know, you don't have to say it, and I should hopefully get it back soon. I will update this weeks workouts tonight.

I hope you get your techno issues straightened out. Just thinking about that makes me break out in a cold sweat... because I don't have stuff backed up either..
