Tue: Easy Bike AM - Easy Run PM
Wed: Easy Bike AM - Weight Training PM
Thur: Rotate Tempo run and Speedwork
Fri: Easy Run AM - Weight Training PM
Sat: Rest Day
Sun: Long Run

Running: 4
Biking: 3
Weight Training: 3

Well, I'm off to the gym for my weight training, will post update once I get back.
