I wish I could just blink and be 190 @ say 14% bf......but alas.....it takes hard work and dedication but when completing the goal makes it all the more sweeter. Speaking of work, I decided to up the resistance on the Elliptical last night and that thing kick my butt! 

Let's talk about my nutrition....oh man...I've got to improve what I'm eating. I mean, I'm not eating horrible but I'm not paying attention to my macros just my calories and although I've done slightly better this week eating more I still need work on what I'm eating. So that I will work to improve.

Calories are getting better but still a bit low based on the activity level. The good thing is I'm doing much better at eating earlier in the day and I continue to still feel good throughout the day and during and after my workouts. Time to get back to work.

Already consumed over 600 calories so that number should be better today. I'm eating more for my early meals which I should have been doing all along, sigh, as that is where my calories have been lacking. Workouts felt great and on Sunday got out for a short walk/run for the first time in a long time. Feels good to see the scale moving even though I was back at 270 this morning I know it will push into the 260s again this week. Another busy Monday to attack...

I'm so glad the weekend is fast approaching. This has been a busy week and I'm ready for a break. My calories are still showing low but again this will change over the weekend. I tend to consume more on Saturday and Sunday anyway. The benadryl has been working very well at night to keep my allergies at bay and we now have a steady rain falling today which should keep some of the pollen at bay. Time to get some work done.

Yesterday was quite the struggle with my allergies. Terrible sinus pressure and headache and the result was another low calorie day. It was a good time to just rest and make sure I got in at least 8 hours of sleep. My appetite is just gone which I think is partly because of the allergies and as I mentioned before I'm just not hungry, weird. I don't think I'm going to have a long term problem here but I will keep an eye on it. Back to work I go.

As March comes to a close I can't be more pleased with my progress. With just over 14 pounds of weight loss and slightly increased activity from February I'm extremely happy. Now it's time to attack April! This tends to be a rough month for me as I fight the dreaded allergies, so far they haven't been terrible.
